Artwork Notice
Licensing Statement for Artwork by M. Joseph Boehler
Effective Date: July 2025
By purchasing or downloading any Artwork from boehler.studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Artwork"), you (the "Buyer") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. License Grant
M. Joseph Boehler (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist") grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Artwork under terms specified herein.
2. Usage Rights
- The Buyer is permitted to use the Artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes the right to print and display the Artwork.
- The Buyer is expressly prohibited from using the Artwork for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, reproduction, distribution, or incorporation into products intended for resale.
3. Attribution
The Buyer agrees to provide appropriate credit to the Artist when using the Artwork: "Artwork by M. Joseph Boehler"
4. Modification Rights
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that no alterations, modifications, or derivative works of the Artwork are permitted under this license. There are no returns or refunds on purchased and downloaded Artwork.
5. Copyright
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Artwork remain the Artist. The Buyer acknowledges that the Artist retains full copyright and ownership of the Artwork. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the Artwork without the express written consent of the Artist is strictly prohibited.

7. Acceptance of Terms
