The Unfinished Quest
by M. Joseph Boehler
the quest for wisdom isn't a race to hoard facts,
it is a deliberate turn towards reality's ever-shifting truth,
both the world outside us and the thoughts that stir within.
each fresh glimpse offers insightful guidance, if we learn to read it,
recognizing that every circumstance, every feeling,
and the way past memories and future hopes converge within the present.
genuine wisdom, then, is never a fixed destination but an ongoing practice.
it demands humility to admit what we don't know, curiosity to follow each change,
and patience to let understanding unfold, day by day, moment by moment,
until the next insight beckons.

To leave traces that might meet another's path.
